Is there anyway LSH can get a copy of the assessment when it comes out? I think the assessment was paid for by state funds, which should make it subject to the Freedom of Information Act. If they end up determining that there is a need for another law school (despite everything we hear about layoffs), it would be interesting to see how they reached that conclusion.
